• Account information: When you sign up, your name and email address are managed by Clerk, our authentication provider. We store only a unique identifier linked to your account.
• Resume content: The text extracted from resumes you upload, along with the job descriptions you provide, are stored to show your analysis history.
• Usage data: We track the number of analyses you run each month to enforce plan limits.
• Payment information: If you upgrade to Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide resume analysis powered by Google Gemini AI.
• To display your analysis history and allow you to manage it.
• To enforce free-tier usage limits and manage your subscription.
• To improve the service over time.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Resume and job description text is sent to Google's Gemini API solely to generate analysis results. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle that data.

4. Data Retention

Your analysis history is retained until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual analyses at any time from the history panel.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication is handled by Clerk, which uses industry-standard security practices.
